Hey there! I’m Tessa, and if you’ve ever rolled your eyes at the quote, "The most important thing is that you enjoy your life and be happy," well, I’ve been there too. I used to think, "Yeah duhhh, but how?!"

Imagine this: I studied hard to become a pilot, achieved my dream, and then found myself juggling a hundred tasks a day—driving my dog to daycare, cooking, cleaning, barely finding time to work out, and waking up at the most ungodly hours. I was living from one holiday to the next, just to catch a glimpse of joy. Frustration was my middle name. Did I really work this hard to live like this? The answer was a big, fat NOOOO! But I had no clue where to begin to make a change.

Now, things are different, and I’ve got to say—it’s AMAZING. I changed my mindset, and I’m constantly tweaking it. The key problem? I wanted everything to be different, like, yesterday, without changing much about myself. I kept thinking it was everyone else’s job (hello, employer!) to fix my life. The hard truth? No one’s there to save you but yourself. Once I accepted that, I made the change and boy, do I LOVE it. It’s refreshing to know you’re in control and can change every aspect you’re unhappy with—no more waiting around for someone else.

Now, I hear you saying, "Yeah, nice, Tessa. But HOW?” Well, that’s where our retreats or coaching come in. If you're not quite ready for a retreat, we offer coaching too. But here’s the thing—no quick fixes here, because they don’t exist. Real change? That means you need to stretch your comfort zone.

Instead of you working on 10,000 different things without a clue, we guide you on the path of least resistance. The myth that career success has to be exhausting and draining? That’s a big, fat lie. Meet Your Mentor, Lotte

Hi!! I'm Lotte and for as long as I can remember, I’ve had great ambition for my career. However, my health situation and low self-esteem held me back for years. After graduating with a master’s degree in Global Health, I knew this was just the beginning. I was committed to continuous learning and self-development—essential when you have BIG dreams. But I often felt stuck and realized that my self-image was holding me back. Endless thoughts like: “Am I good enough?” and “What will others think of me?” made me very insecure and wondered if an ambitious career or starting a business was possible for me given my complex health situation.

To be honest, I used to be quite hesitant about the whole concept of mindset because I didn’t know what it truly meant. But everything changed when I sought help from coaches and mentors. I completely transformed my self-image, and now I live confidently and joyfully, YAY! With this new mindset, it was only a matter of time before my sister and I started our business, empowering other fempreneurs and ambitious career women on their journeys. New doors open once you start believing in yourself, and I’ve made it my mission to help other women experience the same.

I’d love to share one more thing: my all-time favorite quote from Confucius: “It doesn’t matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.” This quote guided me through my journey. It’s a beautiful reminder that persistence and working with purpose are incredibly valuable, no matter the pace, as long as we keep moving forward. Because when you rise, we all rise! <3
